Cancellation & Refund Policy

As per our ethical and transparent business practices, Gold Coins Club & Resort has drafted a simple and effective Cancellation and Refund Policy, as follows:

  1. This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to bookings for Stays and Day Outings at Gold Coins Club & Resort. The terms and conditions for cancellation of Weddings and Events are covered in our Agreement with the client.
  2. Your booking for availing any of our services of Stays and/or Day Outings from our website www.goldcoinsresort.in as well as done directly, in person or otherwise, shall be deemed to be confirmed only after you make payment for the same.
  3. The payment has to be made in advance only through the payment system followed by this platform by any mode including Net Banking, Debit / Credit Card, Paytm, GooglePay, and other options as acceptable on this platform.
  4. Immediately upon receipt of your payment, an E-Receipt confirming your booking will be issued and sent to your registered E-mail Id, also informing you about the date, services to be provided along with their terms.
  5. If you decide to cancel your booking for any reason, you should immediately inform us by mail clearly citing the reason for cancellation. Phone calls, whatsapp, or any other verbal communication in this regard shall not be entertained.
  6. Once the booking is confirmed, 20% of the booking invoice amount would be charged if cancelled at any point of time before 60 days of arrival. In this case, the cancellation fee of 20% could be adjusted for future booking with a validity of one year, depending upon room availability.
  7. If the booking is cancelled between 59 days to 30 days of arrival, 50% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
  8. If the booking is cancelled between 29 days to 11 days of arrival, 75% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
  9. If the booking is cancelled between 10 days to 4 days of arrival, 85% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
  10. If the booking is cancelled between 3 days to scheduled arrival date or in case of early departure, 100% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
  11. Your refund amount will be credited to the account from which you made the payment within 7 working days of cancellation of your order.
  12. Also, Gold Coins Club & Resort reserves the right to cancel your booking any time without assigning any reason, in which case the amount paid by you shall be refunded in full within 7 working days of receiving your payment.
