The reason it beats a party hall
A birthday booked as a day outing comes with the run of the property, not just a room with a cake table in it.

The swimming pool
A large pool with a separate shallow section, and changing rooms and showers alongside. Carry swimwear, a towel and a change of clothes — the single thing guests most often forget.

Rain dance
The part children remember. It runs in scheduled sessions with music rather than continuously, so ask for the session timings on your date and build the cake cutting around them.

Indoor and outdoor games
Carrom, chess, table tennis, badminton, cricket and volleyball. Enough to keep a mixed-age group busy for a whole afternoon without anyone organising them.

Lawns to actually run around on
The thing a restaurant party cannot give you. Children go outside, adults stay at the table, and everybody is happier for it.

Food and cake
What we cook, and what you can bring
We would rather tell you the honest version than publish a rule we then have to bend on the day.
- Meals are cooked in our own kitchen to the headcount you confirm, so outside food is normally not needed
- A birthday cake is a normal exception. Tell us when you book so it is kept cold and brought out at the right moment
- Baby food and medically required food are fine to carry in
- Anything beyond that — a family sweet, a specific snack — please check with the team first, as it depends on the package you book
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus, with Jain, no-onion-no-garlic and South Indian preferences arranged in advance
- Tell us about serious allergies in writing before the day — a buffet means shared serving areas
- Bar on site for an adults' party. Drinks are billed separately from the package
Event catering, indicative

- Non-vegetarian — from ₹1,599 per plate + GST
These are event catering rates. A birthday booked as a day outing bundles the meals into a per-head rate instead, which usually works out better for a full day. Ask for both and compare.
Decoration
Bring your own decorator
Outside decorators are permitted, which matters if you have already found a themed setup you like or your family has a regular vendor.
- Share the design plan and vendor details in advance so setup and dismantling times can be scheduled
- Anything involving rigging, fire or heavy structures gets checked before the day
- All material must be cleared after the event
- A refundable deposit or vendor charge may apply — confirm this when you book

Children's birthdays
- Daytime, built around the rain dance session and the shallow end of the pool
- Adult supervision required in the water at all times — the kids' area is shallow, not unsupervised
- Lawn games and indoor games for the stretch between lunch and cake
- Lower rates for children, with very young children usually not charged — the age bands are confirmed when you book
- Parents get to sit down, which is the actual selling point
Adult birthdays and milestones
- Evening format, poolside or in the hall, with a DJ and a bar
- Alcohol is served to adults only, and our staff may stop service around the pool
- A sit-down dinner in the air-conditioned hall for a milestone birthday with older relatives
- Rooms on site, so guests who have been drinking are not driving back to the city
- The property is wheelchair accessible, with step-free routes to the hall, restaurant and lawns
